I’m a Civil and Geological engineer. Currently, I’m associate professor in the Civil Engineering Department and member of the Institute of Water and Environmental Sciences from the University of Alicante (Spain). I have worked on many research projects mainly focused on subsidence modelling and monitoring using Differential SAR Interferometry (DInSAR) remote sensing techniques, characterization of the effects induced by land subsidence on buildings and other infrastructures, and geotechnical characterization of soils. I’m chair of the Spanish Working Group on land subsidence (SubTer).
